Inspired by the BMW M4 GTS track car’s flat under floor section that was designed to improve aerodynamics and stability on track, we designed our own version to fit all F82/F83 M4, F80 M3 and F87 M2 Competition models. Like the M4 GTS, our aero under tray fits over the existing reinforcement panel and covers the car’s front section to offer a solid and level floor section that spans to create a low pressure area and reduce drag. Made from 2mm aluminium for strength and finished in black powder coat, it also offers improved protection to the car’s underside. The panel will fit with the original front oil cooler under tray section or with our AIRTEC Motorsport upgraded version. The ZERONINE DESIGN oil catch can kit for the Mk8/8.5 Fiesta ST and Puma ST, is an extensively developed system that helps ensure your direct-injection engine is working at peak efficiency, helping to remove any unburnt oil vapour from the intake system, preventing build-up on valves and ensuring efficient combustion.The complete kit requires no drilling, is fully serviceable and uses pre-formed plastic lines with OE-style connectors, for quick and easy installation. Features and Benefits:Reduces oil vapour entering the intake: Less oily residue means reduced intake sludge, keeping the throttle body, MAP sensor, and intercooler cores cleaner for years. Airtec AIRTEC Motorsport Aluminium Inspection Panel for Honda Civic FK2 Type R
As part of our expanding Honda product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our aluminium inspection panel/under tray for the Civic FK2 Type R. When modifying these cars to increase power and torque, an unavoidable by-product is the additional heat level that’s transferred to the car’s cooling system. During sustained hard use, this can become a substantial issue, as coolant temperatures can increase enough to trigger the ECU’s safety features, reducing torque or even putting the car into a limp mode. As a result, we wanted to address the car’s entire cooling system, which included introducing extra venting to improve air flow within the engine bay. Our solution to creating a direct replacement inspection panel/under tray in 2mm aluminium began with a full 3D scan of the vehicle’s underside to ensure a perfect fitment. As a result, it reuses all original mounting points with new stronger fixings supplied, offering improved strength and protection for the underside of the car.
